YMMV
Are there any members here who speak English - or even Dutch ?
I wonder what the Russian expression is for: YMMV (English) == Your Mileage May Vary == Ваш пробег может Вари or: UEKAZ (Dutch) == Uw Ervaring Kan Anders Zijn == Ваш опыт может быть разным Just a question - more or less for fun ...

Hi Jan,
I do. Are you going to use this acronym in russian forums? I'm afraid we don't have any settled or stable acronyms for the same. But the meaning of it can be translated as "Ваши результаты могут отличаться от моих" Последний раз редактировалось KYRGIZ; 31.10.2019 в 12:04. |

No, I'm not going to use the acronym in Russian forums - it was just for fun So, if I understand correctly, YMMV could be translated as "Врмоом" ... Think we can close this thread ...

ИМХО=IMHO
Similar "russianisation" of above mentioned acronym i.e. ЙММВ doesn't exist --------- ДОБАВЛЕНО ЧЕРЕЗ 2 МИНУТЫ --------- I truly believe than nobody will understand that "Врмоом".... So it is better to avoid it Последний раз редактировалось KYRGIZ; 31.10.2019 в 14:47. |
