They are from Palermo, that mean Sicily... I think, that explain whole situation...
But in reality they have their own physical store in Palermo. They also selling brushes to private persons. No problem at all, but with small exception. They only understand Italian. This is why they don't respond to English questions via FB.
So again, unfortunatelly because language barrier they can't sell their products direct to non-Italian-speaking customers.
Yes, list of distributors on their web-site is really "must have" option.
I will try that somehow to mention them...
