Написал Маггардам такое письмо(помог американец с ББ):
I want to return the item for a refund and at your shipping costs. I think it's your job to deal with the manufacturer on products you are selling. Because that wasn't sold as a second/blemished item.

Can you estimate how much the return shipping will be? I can issue a store credit for the value of return shipping, up to $10 USD.
